WAPSA AGM 2016 will be held on Saturday 30th of July at 3:00pm at ECU in Mt.Lawley (room number TBA).

• President’s Report
• Election of Office Bearers for 2016/2017
• New Constitution and Incorporation

Any other business to be discussed must be sent by email to the HON Secretary by the 16th of July 2016.

Nominations need to be sent by email to the HON Secretary by 23rd of July 2016. (Please note, nominations need to be signed by the nominee and seconded by 2 full Level 1 or 2 members of WAPSA)

Notice will be sent out with the Time & Venue in late June.

Remember that your WAPSA Fees & Insurance is due by and no later than 31st May, 2016, failing to pay by the due date will affect your accreditation.
Please make sure that you fill your points sheet in and return it with your Fees and WWC Card.
If you have participated in a Level 1 Course you may need to pay Full Membership & Insurance for 2016/2017, once you have completed your requirements and have been signed off by either Genevieve, Evgueni or Maria.

We are now switching to online registration and membership renewal.
In order to renew your membership for 2016-2017 season you must fill out an online application form (link is below), submit a scan or a photo of your “Update Points Log Sheet” and “WWC Card” and pay your fees online by selecting correct accreditation level.

First, you will be redirected to the application page (where you must upload your “Update Points Log Sheet” as well as “WWC Card” scans or photos taken with iPhone). Upon completing the form you will be redirected to the payment page.

In order to retain your accreditation, you must complete the form, upload files and submit the payment prior to 31 May 2016.
Failure to do so will result in termination of your coaching accreditation as of 1 July 2016.
