Jane ASHWORTH

Coaching Achievements: Currently coaching national level students who competes at Australian Figure Skating Championships up to Junior level. I am a part of coaching team currently coaching a Junior level Australian Representative. My students best placings in Australian Figure Skating Championships: Men’s Adult Gold Division 2012 – 1st, Ladies Intermediate Division 2012 – 2nd, Men’s Adult Gold Division 2013 – 1st, Ladies Adult Gold Division 2013 – 3rd, Ladies Intermediate Division 2013 – 6th, Ladies Novice Division 2013 – 9th, Ladies Junior Division 2013 – 4th. I am a Technical Specialist in Western Australia since 2007 and at Australian Figure Skating Championships since 2008 with experience up to Senior level. 


Evgueni BOROUNOV

Began coaching career in 2004.

Coaching Achievements: I have been coaching National and State Level skaters since 2004. I had multiple WA State representatives at Australian Figure Skating Championships in several divisions. My skaters have been WA State Champions in multiple divisions since 2004, as well as the winners of Interstate Competitions such as Hollins Trophy and Wintersun. I have conducted Ice Dance Camp in Sydney in 2011 and was a part of Ice Hockey Development Camps in WA. I am a Senior International Level skater, Australian Senior Ice Dance Champion, Bronze medalist at International ISU Competition and have been a part of Australian National Team and High Performance Squad since 2005, have represented Australia several times at multiple ISU Competitions and Four Continents Championships, trained in Russia with several Olympic Level coaches, have held scholarship with Western Australian Institute of Sport and have retired in 2011. I have a certification of “Master of Sport” in Russian Federation. I am a Technical Specialist in Free Skating and Ice Dance and ex-Vice President of Western Australian Professional Skaters’ Association. I have been an Administrative Co-Ordinator of Ice Skating School at Cockburn Ice Arena since 2008. I have full accreditation for training harness usage to help skaters in developing and refining their jumping technique.


Maria BOROUNOV

Began coaching career in 2005.

Coaching Achievements: I have been coaching National and State Level skaters since 2005. Genevieve HOHNEN

Began coaching career in 2002.

Accredited in Disciplines: Synchronised Skating

Coaching Achievements: Level 2 Accredited Coach, Head Coach of WA Senior, Junior, Advanced Novice and Basic Novice Synchronised skating teams. Head Coach of 2012 Australian representative and current national silver medalists Infusion Senior Synchro Team. Australian Championship Placings: 3 Bronze Medals, 5 Silver Medals.


Monica LESLIE

Began coaching career in 2010.

Accredited in Disciplines: Singles

Coaching Achievements: Senior First Aid Qualification. Top First Year Sport Science Student at UWA in 2013.


Mary-Ellen MATHER

Began coaching career in 1972.

Accredited in Disciplines: Singles

Coaching Achievements: Gold Star Free and Gold Figure and Free Skating Tests. Inter-Gold Dance Test (equivalent to present Senior). 7 times NSW Senior Champion, 4 times Australia Senior Champion, Nationally Accredited Level 2 coach. Have a current Working with Children Card. Represented Australia at World Senior Championships in Geneva, as well as World Professional Championships in London. Trained in Sydney, London and Switzerland, skated in Ice Shows and TV Shows in England. Attended first sport specific Level 3 coaching course in Sydney. At present coaching director for Perth Ice Arena’s Aussie Skate program. Coached WA Skaters for National tests, State and National Championships. Coached competitors from Aussie Skate to International level. Attended the first APSA coaches conference in Sydney in 2012. Coach in resident at AIS Canberra Junior and Elite Camp. Coach for WA first International skater. Course conductor for Level 1 courses in WA since 1996.


Jane REYNOLDS

Began coaching career in 1995.

Coaching Achievements: I have coached skaters in the u.k and Australia from beginner to National levels in figure, dance and syncronized skating. I coached English style figures at the Royal figure skating club of u.k. I was involved in directing the annual pantomime at Guildford Ice rink, surrey, u.k for 5 years.
Since moving to Australia in late 2006 i have had many State Champions both in Western Australia and Victoria and have had competitors at the Australian National Championships from 2007-present day, including a double gold medalist. I have had numerous medalists at inter state competitions.I offer off ice classes to develop the skaters strength and fitness.
I am a level 2 coach in the u.k. and Australia and i hold BA Education (HONS).
